University of Montana School of Art Pilot Program Exhibition

The Missoula Public Art Committee is over the moon to announce the installation of our very first Pilot Program exhibition in collaboration with the University of Montana School of Art. We have UofM School of Art student art work on display in City Hall and City Council Chambers in downtown Missoula. This endeavor has been in the planning process since August 2017. We are thrilled to be able to exhibit beautiful works of art in public, city facilities in this fashion. Our hope is that this project continues each passing semester and there can be a rolling array of student works present in these buildings (and perhaps more in the coming years!).

An opening reception will take place Thursday, April 26th at 11:45am in City Hall to celebrate our artists hard work. All are welcome to attend. These shows will be up in City Hall and City Council Chambers through November 2018. Be sure to stop by and take a quick walk through whenever you are downtown.
